Maped, a French international group among the leading players in colouring and school supplies, has acquisired Juratoys, French specialist in wooden and cardboard games and toys.

The group distributes its brands in more than 120 countries, has 17 subsidiaries worldwide and employs 1600 people.

Juratoys has been designing and distributing games and toys for 50 years under the brands Janod and Kaloo, acquired in 2011, and Lilliputiens, acquired in 2020. The group has 170 employees and a turnover of more than 80 M€. It operates in Germany, Italy, Spain, the United Kingdom, the United States, and China.

The combination of Maped Group’s industrial DNA and international distribution network along with Juratoys’ unique know-how will enable the new group to accelerate the development of a responsible global.
