DELSOL Avocats has advised Demeter, a major European player in venture capital, development capital and infrastructure investment in the energy and ecological transition, on the fundraising of Praysbee, a company deploying innovative wine spraying technology.

Praysbee has announced the closing of a €3 million financing round led by Demeter, via its VitiRev Innovation fund, and followed by NACO, the Nouvelle-Aquitaine region’s co-investment fund managed by M Capital. This fund-raising marks a key milestone for Olivier Bonnefond, founder of Praysbee, whose ambition is to accelerate the commercial roll-out of his Wulp® spray technology, in France and internationally, while increasing production capacity.

Since its creation in 2021, Praysbee has been revolutionizing spraying in viticulture with its Wulp® booms, a unique system for retrofitting sprayers that reduces the drift of phytosanitary products (a cloud of products that disperses uncontrollably, threatening the contamination of waterways and local residents) by over 90%.

DELSOL Avocats assisted Demeter, with a team including :
- Philippe Malikian (partner) and Rémy Durand (associate), for corporate aspects,
- Julien Monsenego (partner) and Louis-Guillaume Nicolas (associate), for tax aspects,
- Anna Milleret-Godet (partner) and Chloé Thévenin (associate), for employment law aspects.
