DELSOL Avocats advised Framatome, a global leader in nuclear energy, on its acquisition of a minority stake in Manoir France.
Manoir France is a subsidiary of the British company Paralloy Group, which owns foundries in Pîtres (Eure) and Saint-Dizier (Haute-Marne). These two sites, which employ 450 and 170 workers, respectively, specialize in the manufacture of high-tech castings, particularly high-performance components for the nuclear and defense industries.
Framatome contributes to the development of these foundries by supporting the investments necessary to secure their operations for the nuclear and defense industries, and by providing its expertise in safety, security, quality culture, and nuclear project management.
This partnership is part of an effort to strengthen the sovereignty of the French nuclear industry’s supply chain.
